How to Make Colored / Rainbow Ice Cubes

It’s extremely easy to make colored ice cubes, and they are always a treat with spring / summer  right around the corner.  All you need to make colored ice cubes is:

• Food coloring
• Fruit
• Ice Tray
• Freezer

Do the same things you would to create normal ice cubes, except add the food coloring to the individual cubes before freezing. If you really want to get creative you can add fruit like blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, lemon, or limes. 

Adding fruit really makes things interesting when you add it to cocktails! Making colored ice cubes is just one more way you can spice up your party using the rule of variety. 

OTHER NOTES

Colored ice cubes pair very nicely with the Rubiks cube party. Additionally they also pair nicely with alcoholic flavor ice and ice shots. There are a million ways you can bring colored ice cubes to your party in style.
