Blanket Fort Party

THEME DESCRIPTION

Remember those rainy days as  a kid when you had nothing to do?  You ever build a fort out of blankets and realize how awesome it is?  Well, our contention at TCC is that if you can take something magical from your childhood and adapt it to your more adult life then you probably should do it at least once. While it’s certainly a new college party idea, you’d be surprised how accepting people are of party themes that implement nostalgia. 

IMPLEMENTATION

The blanket fort party is a perfect example of this.  Simply use blankets to cover your walls and ceilings and to create drapery that gives the illusion that the whole party is one giant blanket fort.  Your guests will love it.  We guarantee that!

KEYS TO SUCCESS

To keep up with the sense of childhood, blanket forts, and sleep overs: try pairing this theme with something sleep themed like The Sexy Pajama party or the flashlight party. There is no more comfortable theme for certain.

DRINK IDEAS

Consider combining this party with a Shotluck Party. Like a potluck, but everyone brings their own shots. It’s every bit as incredible as it sounds.
