Shaolin Jazz Presents: The Gil-Scott Suite

At only 3 tracks long, The Gil-Scott Suite is criminally short. It’s free, however, so we graciously accept this gift of supremely blended tracks that combine the late, great Gil Scott-Heron, and the Wu-Tang Clan. The abrasive raps of the 36th Chamber don’t seem like they would lend themselves to a genre like jazz, but the result is surprisingly smooth on the ears.
