Evolution of the Daft Punk Helmet

| July 23, 2011 | 0 Comments

Daft Punk, a French house music duo consisting of Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, have always supplemented their groundbreaking music with visual creativity. Their intricate and elaborate live shows are more akin to musical productions, and interviews are often done in full space garb. In 2003, they released a feature-length animated film to accompany their album Discovery. They are best known for their helmets, which are worn during concerts. Here is great visual showing the progression of their helmets, with a a quick description alongside the corresponding musical era.
