Breakfast Steak Burrito
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs, scrambled.
- Leftover cooked steak or carne asada.
- Shredded cheddar cheese.
- Salsa, pico de gallo, or taco sauce( preferred).
- Flour tortillas for burritos( the bigger, the better- I recommend Mission Brand).
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- Grilled Peppers.
- Diced Tomatos (If you don’t use the pico de gallo).
- Sun-dried Tomatos.
- Cilantro.
- Fried Potatos.
DIRECTIONS
- Begin by scrambling the eggs, and warming the steak.
- Next, it is best to warm up your tortillas in the microwave or a steamer! (This way it is easier to roll)
- Assemble your ingredients upon your tortilla, apply your choice of sauce (salsa, pico, or taco), and roll it up.
