Get Your Spicy On with Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Everyone has probably SEEN Sriracha Chili Sauce these days, unfortunately not enough people have actually tasted it. It is their loss really.
The simple fact is that Sriracha always ends up playing a “guest-role” when it comes to food. Maybe you glimpsed it in your peripherals at a restaurant, or perhaps it was on the shelf above the ketchup at the supermarket.——You know that sauce on the spicy-tuna rolls at your favorite Sushi restaurant? Yeah, that probably has Sriracha in it.
What IS it?
Sriracha is a Thai Chili Sauce, named for the coastal city of Si Racha where it originated.
What is it Good On?
Sriracha is bad ass on,with, or in any of the following: Rice, Soups, Marinara, Pizza, Seafood, Sandwiches, Grilled Cheese, Fried Chicken, ………really almost anything.
Simply put, it is the best hot-sauce…..ever
HOWEVER: Sriracha is NOT good on cereal. That’s about it though.
Where Can I Buy It?
Sriracha Chili Sauce can commonly be found at any Supermarket nowadays. However, for larger bottles as well as a host of other cool ingredients, try investigating a local Asian supermarket, or convenience store!

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Sriracha Chili Sauce
1/4 tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
