As a Comparative Literature concentrator at Brown, I am passionate about literature and language, particularly French and Italian. I also love to travel and immerse myself in the cultures of those languages, especially because they both share such great food! (My favorite food happens to be ice cream - best flavor I have had is milk chocolate at a local place near my town.) One of my goals is to live in a foreign country and write about my experience there, hopefully in a way that can positively impact other travelers as well.

I am a senior at Purdue University. I will be graduating in May with a Bachelor of Arts in English. My life is filled with good friends, family, and wonderful experiences. My favorite things to do are hang out with my friends and watch movies or go out and have a fun night. I love to dance, sing, and have a good time with the people who are important to me. Brian is a soon to be senior at the University of Minnesota who's growing terrified of the impending termination of his college career. I'm a senior at Boston University, studying English and Philosophy. I'm originally from New York and I hope to move back there at some point, but right now it's a matter of where I decide to go to grad school. Something that is interesting about me is that I love books as much as I love reality TV. I'm even more of an enigma when it comes to musical tastes. I love everything from, classical music, to Notorious B.I.G., Miles Davis to the Black Keys to John Mayer. But it's these seeming inconstancies that make my writing entertaining. Not many people can draw parallels between Family Guy and Immanuel Kant, but that's what I love to do, and it makes for some very hysterical writing.
